How Much Kitchen Waste Can A Vermicomposting Blue Worm Digest

Studies and publication over the Internet suggests that blue worm (Perionyx Excavatus) can digest roughly the weight of its body in one day.

I will explain my own unique experience in the composting capacities of the blue worms in my bins.  Bear in mind, this is about turning kitchen wastes at home into compost.  Done properly they are worth selling as organic compost in the market.  At the least, you can use the organic compost in you own backyard garden or as a starter for another vermicompost bin.
